Rev. William Larry Haywood's Obituary
Rev. William Larry Haywood, 67 of Talladega, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013 at Talladega Health Care. He is preceded in death by his parents Carson and Ruth Haywood, and brothers Don Wilder and Lawrence Haywood, all of Talladega. Larry is survived by his wife Mary; his sisters Joyce Chiera of Talladega, and Pat Stewart of Bradenton, FL; sister-in-law Martha Haywood; several aunts in AL and TX; and several nieces and nephews.
Larry worked at the Ritz Theater for many years; both Usrey and Talladega Funeral Homes; Image Yarn Mill, and the Munford School District. He volunteered as a chaperone for the Talladega Ambassador Band, and the Talladega Rescue Squad. Larry will be greatly missed by all he leaves behind.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, December 6, 2013 at 2:30 pm at Talladega Funeral Home with burial following at Midway Memory Gardens. Friends are welcome to begin arriving at 1 pm for visitation.
Pallbearers will be Dennis and James Goray and members of Talladega Rescue Squad.
