Mrs. Wendy Cruise Bennett's Obituary
Talladega-Wendy Cruise Bennett, 47, passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2024. She is preceded in death by her parents: Richard and Barbara Cruise; sister: Vickie Frost. She is survived by 2 daughters: Jessica and Rhiannon Hurst; brother: Glenn Cruise; mother-in-law: Brenda Speaks; sister-in-law: Kim Speaks; 5 grandchildren. Also mourning her loss is her chosen family: Patricia Wyatt who was like a second mother to her; sister: Cassie Chandler (Spencer); grandchildren: Brailey, Stetson, and Austin Bridges. Wendy loved the outdoors and seeing new places. She never missed an opportunity to go exploring. She enjoyed spending time with loved ones and spoiling her grandbabies. To truly know Wendy and all she was is an honor to anyone who shared in her journey of life. Her memory will shine through the eyes of the one’s she loved the most. The family will have a memorial service in her honor on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at 3:00pm at Ridgeview Baptist Church with Steve Hullett officiating.
