Talladega-Mr. Walter Clayton Morrison, 87, passed away on Monday, October 21, 2024. Mr. Morrison is preceded in death by his wife: Malinda Morrison. He is survived by 3 sons: Clayton Morrison (Remonia), Rob Morrison (Michelle), Kyle Morrison (Wendy); 5 grandchildren: Misty Martin (Steve), Wesley Morrison, Andrew Morrison (Grayson), Tyler Morrison (Jacy), Briana Morrison; 5 great grandchildren: Matt Martin, Isaac Morrison, Kallie Morrison, Klaire Morrison, Ruth Morrison. Mr. Morrison was a truck driver by trade. He enjoyed hanging out with Red Fannin at Fannin’s Auto Parts on Saturday mornings, he had an ability to hold an audience with his joke’s, no one could keep a straight face. He was a true friend to all of his friend’s, he would do anything for them. The highlight of his life was his wife of 66 years, Malinda, she was his absolute treasure. The family will have a graveside service for Mr. Morrison on Monday, October 28, 2024, at 11:00am at Pine Hill Cemetery with Rev. Robert Earl Sanders officiating. Pallbearers will be Andrew Morrison, Brandon Clardy, Tyler Morrison, and Warren Callahan. Talladega Funeral Home will direct the service.
