Tracy Webb Waters' Obituary
Lincoln-Tracy Webb Waters, 54, of Lincoln passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2018. Visitation will be Sunday, December 23, 2018, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, at Talladega Funeral Home. The graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. at Green’s Cemetery in Ohatchee. Mrs. Waters was a native of Middlesboro, KY, and later moved to Marietta, GA, before settling down in Lincoln, AL. She loved her little “Tootsies,” her cat. She liked to fish and just hang out with her husband, Frank. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ogal Eugen Webb and Sylvia P. Redmond Webb; sisters, Sharon Webb Dawson; Kathy Webb Wulff; and brothers, Eugene Webb, Tony Webb, Arlin Webb, and Dennis Webb. Mrs. Waters is survived by her husband, Frank Waters, of Lincoln; brothers, Luther Webb, of KY, Danny Webb, of TN, and Leslie Webb, of GA; sisters, Patricia Mitchell, NC, Mitiz Rivers, of KY, Margaret Pugh, of GA, Yvonne Rivers, of KY, Trudy Webb, of VA, and Deb Webb, of GA; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Family friends will serve as pallbearers. Talladega Funeral Home to direct the services.
