Ms. Shirley D. Cockrell's Obituary
Funeral Services for Ms. Shirley D. Cockrell, 74 of Anniston, will be Friday, Aug. 30 at 11 AM at Munford Church of Christ with Jeff Clark, minister officiating. Burial will follow at Hill Crest Cemetery in Munford. Friends are welcome to begin arriving at the church at 10 AM. Ms. Cockrell passed away Tuesday, Aug. 27 at NHC Healthcare in Anniston.
Ms. Cockrell is preceded in death by her husband Hollis Cockrell. She leaves behind 3 daughters Brenda Coburn of Anniston, Barbara Lorang of Oxford, and Betty Cockrell of Munford; 1 son Earl Cockrell of Oxford; 14 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchildren; 2 sisters Sue Kilburn and Joan Nelson; and sister-in-law and brother-in-law Doris and Donald Cockrell.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Talladega Funeral Home will direct the services.
