Mr. Rex Alvin Morrison's Obituary
Talladega-Rex Alvin Morrison, 90, passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2022. Mr. Morrison was a native of clay county but lived most of his life in Talladega. His favorite past time was fishing. He is preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Morrison; and 1 son, Billy Wayne Morrison. He is survived by 1 son, Danny Morrison; 1 daughter, Karen Hill; 10 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren. The family will accept friends on Friday, April 8, 2022, from 6:00PM-8:00PM in the Talladega Funeral Home Chapel for visitation. The graveside service will be Saturday, April 9, 2022, at 1:00PM at Macedonia Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with Joey Peters officiating. Pallbearers will be Danny Morrison, Justin Morrison, Gavin Morrison, Bill Noel, Cody Hurst, Grant Hurst, and Ty Sims. Honorary pallbearers are Ken Power, Greg Paris, Larry Lashley, Randy Sims. Talladega Funeral Home will direct the service.
