Talladega-Mrs. Patricia Gail Pilkington, 78, passed away on Friday, October 18, 2024. Mrs. Pilkington is preceded in death by her husband: Sam Pilkington; parents: Charles and Geneva Fowler; son: Bruce Pilkington; brothers: Charles Fowler, Gerald Fowler, Ronnie Fowler, Gregory Fowler, Jeffery Fowler. She is survived by 4 brothers: Steve Fowler, Larry Fowler, Darrell Fowler, and Joseph Fowler; 2 sisters: Charlotte Ann Gaither, Pamela Fowler; niece: Misty Carnell and her 2 daughters : Christina Bibiloni (Cristian), Macy Carnell; granddaughter: Katlyn Smith; God granddaughter: Katie. Mrs. Pilkington enjoyed getting her hair done at the beauty shop. She loved going to visit with her family and friends. She was a Bama fan, loved listening to the Dixie Chicks and Dolly Parton, and enjoyed water aerobics at the rec center. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, from 12:00noon-2:00pm in the Talladega Funeral Home Chapel for visitation. The service will follow in the chapel at 2:00pm with Bro. Larry Mitchell officiating. Interment will be at Oak Hill cemetery with Dusty Fowler, Clint Fowler, Lynn Wells, Getral Smith, Jonathan Fowler and her brothers, Joseph, Larry, Darrell, and Steve serving as pallbearers. Talladega Funeral Home will direct the service.
