Opelika-Michael Anthony Hawkins, 31, passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. He is preceded in death by his mother: Barbara Ann Vise Hawkins. He is survived by his father: Eric Stanley Hawkins, Sr.; brother: Eric Hawkins II; sister: Janie Hawkins; and uncle: James “Jim” Smith. The family will have a graveside service for Michael on Monday, June 30, 2025, at 11:00am at East Providence Baptist Cemetery with Rev. Robert Earl Sanders officiating. Talladega Funeral Home will direct the service.
