Mr. Matthew Shane Lewis' Obituary
Funeral Services for Matthew Shane Lewis, 41 of Piedmont, will be Monday, Dec. 22 at 1 PM at Talladega Funeral Home with burial following at Bethlehem Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday night from 6 to 8 PM. Mr. Lewis passed away Friday afternoon at St. Vincent’s in Birmingham.
Mr. Lewis is survived by his son Hayden Lewis; his daughter Heidi Lewis; his brother Tommy Lewis; his sister Janie Lewis; nephews: Cody Lewis, Anthony Wayne Lewis, T.J. Lewis, and Austin Lewis; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Tim Grizzard, Doyle Grizzard, Keith Grizzard, Aaron Mosley, Christian Mosley, Michael Mosley, and Ronald Clayburn.
