Mary Nell Baggett's Obituary
Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Nell P. Baggett, 88, of Talladega, AL, will be Thursday, February 23, 2017, at 1pm at Lincoln Baptist Church. Rev. Randy Howell will officiate. Visitation will be from 11am to 1pm at the church. Pallbearers will be members of the Jim Hackney Sunday School Class. Burial will follow at Lincoln City Cemetery. She lived most of her life in Talladega County and was a member of Lincoln Garden Club. Mrs. Baggett was a cancer survivor. As member of Lincoln Baptist Church, Mrs. Baggett was a member of the Flower and Food Committees, and taught Sunday school for many years. She will forever be remembered as a loving Wife, Mother, Granny, and Great Grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eunis and Lyda Presley. Mrs. Baggett is survived by her husband, Charles S. Baggett; son, Charles E. (Glenda) Baggett, of Talladega; daughter, Shelby (Jeff) Bishop, of Hoover; brother Joe Presley; sisters, Ann Humphries and Glenda (Les) Curtner, of Lake Charles, LA; grandchildren, Nick Habshey and Amanda Vick; and 6 grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lakeview Hospice or Lincoln City Cemetery. Talladega Funeral Home will be directing the services.
