Marietta C. Grace's Obituary
Talladega- Marietta C. Grace, 87, passed away Tuesday July 31, 2018. The family will be receiving friends on Wednesday August 1, 2018, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Talladega Funeral Home. The funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday August 2, 2018, in the Chapel. Burial will follow at Pine Hill Memorial Park. Rev. Craig Little will officiate. Mrs. Grace lived most of her life in Talladega and was a member of Southside Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray V. Grace; parents, R.J. and Alice Craft; brothers, Lloyd Craft and Raiford Craft; and sister, Adelle McWilliams. Mrs. Grace is survived by her son, Terry Grace; daughter, Janet G. (J.T.) Williams; grandchildren, Jill Hightower, J.R. Williams, Evan Grace, Lauren McKerley, and Rachel Griffith; and great grandchildren, Ashley, Stacy, Claire, Isabella, and Sophia. Pallbearers will be Evan Grace, Stacy Manning, J.R. Williams, Frankie Hightower, Doug Griffith, and Brandon McKerley. Honorary pallbearers will be Horace Ponder, Homer Pardon, Ferrell Alford, Travis Prestridge, and Robert O’Neal. Flowers will be accepted, or donations may be made to Southside Baptist Church. Talladega Funeral Home will be directing the services.
