Munford-Mrs. Margaret Louise Mitchell, 85, passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2022. Mrs. Mitchell loved fishing and gardening . She is preceded in death by her parents: William and Viola Nichols; husband: Aulton (Dank) Mitchell; 2 sons: Jimmy and Guy Mitchell; 1 daughter: Carrol Greene; 4 sisters and 6 brothers. She is survived by 6 sons: Steve Mitchell (Lori); Rodger Mitchell (Jackie); William Mitchell (Roxann); David Mitchell (Lori); Johnny Mitchell; Joe Mitchell (Janice); 2 daughters: Charlotte Williams (Eric), Judy McLain (Charles); 1 sister: Margie Harris; 34 grandchildren; 56 great grandchildren and 14 great great grandchildren. The family will accept friends on Monday, September 12, 2022, from 6:00PM-8:00PM in the Talladega Funeral Home Chapel for visitation. The service will be Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at 2:00PM in the Talladega Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Curtis Collett officiating. Pallbearers will be Christopher Mitchell, Matthew Mitchell, Shane Mitchell, Michael Mitchell, Johnny Mitchell, Curt Mitchell, Tommy Greene, and Bryan Mitchell. Interment will be at Providence Cemetery in Clay County. Talladega Funeral Home will direct the service.
