Mrs. Madeline Wayne Griffin's Obituary
Munford-Mrs. Madeline W. Griffin, 83, passed away on Friday, September 15, 2023. Mrs. Griffin was Baptist by faith and a member of Bethel Christian Church. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband: Franklin Donald Griffin; 1 son: Michael Keith “Rusty” Griffin; mother: Jessie Pearl Hindman; father: Dan F. Hindman; sister: Elizabeth A. McVay. She is survived by 1 son: Donald “Butch” Griffin (Christy); 2 granddaughters: Alana Cooper (Brad), Erin Murphy; 1 grandson: Austin Griffin (Meagan); 5 great grandchildren: Kasyn Cooper, Rylie Griffin, Jackson Griffin, Brady Cooper, Pressley Cooper; 3 brothers: Bloyce Hindman, Ferrell Hindman, Rickey Hindman; 2 sisters: Debra Powell, Shelia Hindman and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Monday, September 18, 2023 from 12:00noon-2:00pm in the Talladega Funeral Home Chapel for visitation. The service will follow at 2:00pm with Rev. Jon Adams officiating. Burial will be at Pine Hill Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Frankie Harbin Jr., Bradley Hindman, Spencer Bridges, Chance Horton, Dallas Cooper, and Brad Cooper. Talladega Funeral Home will direct the service.
