Zephyrhills, FL-Kathy Hazelwood, 48, passed away on Saturday, October 16, 2021. She is preceded in death by her mother, Arlene Spurlin; father, Michael Spurlin and 1 sister, Kimberly Fincher. She is survived by her husband, Steve Hazelwood; 3 brothers, Michael Spurlin Jr.; James Spurlin (Charmin); Jessie Spurlin; and sister, Sarah J. Edmonson (Nathan). The family will accept friends on Friday, October 22, 2021, from 12:00PM to 2:00PM in the Talladega Funeral Home Chapel with the service following at 2:00PM with Bro. Robert Earl Sanders officiating. Pallbearers will be Nathan Edmonson, Logan Edmonson, Jessie Spurlin, and Adam Martin. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Gulfside Hospice at Heather Hills, 6630 Kentucky Ave. Newport Richey, FL. 34653. Talladega Funeral Home will direct the service.
