Mrs. Katherine Newsome Moxley's Obituary
Talladega-Mrs. Katherine Moxley, 100, passed away on Friday, December 31, 2021. Mrs. Moxley was an excellent artist. She loved to garden and was also an immaculate housekeeper. She is preceded in death by her husband, David F. Moxley, Sr.; 2 sons, David F. Moxley, Jr.; and Joe M. Moxley; 2 brothers and 2 sisters. She is survived by 1 son, Michael Moxley; 2 brothers, William Edward Newsome; and Thomas Gould Newsome. The family will accept friends on Monday, January 3, 2022, from 1:30PM-2:30PM in the Talladega Funeral Home Chapel for visitation with a graveside service following at 2:30PM at Lanier Cemetery. Talladega Funeral Home will direct the service.
