Mrs. Judy Carol Gurley's Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Judy Gurley, a lifelong resident of Talladega, whose kindness, warmth, and love for her family touched everyone who knew her.
Judy found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved spending time in her kitchen preparing meals for those she loved, believing there was no better way to show love than through good food shared around the table. She also found peace and happiness tending to her beautiful flower beds, where her hard work and care reflected the beauty, she brought into the lives of others.
Above all else, Judy cherished her family. Her greatest joy came from spending time with Johnny, her children, and grandchildren, creating memories that will be treasured forever. She was a loving mother, devoted grandmother, and faithful friend whose gentle spirit and caring heart will be deeply missed.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents: Willie and Geraldine Gurley; her beloved son: Kevin Green; and her brothers: Benny Gurley and David Gurley.
