Mr. Joseph "Jughead" Wallis' Obituary
Talladega-Joseph “Jughead” Wallis, 62, passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2022. Mr. Wallis is preceded in death by his parents, Ralph, and Mary Wallis. He is survived by 1 son, Joseph Humphrey (Dawn); 3 grandchildren, Talan Humphrey, Karson Ruggs, Baylee Ruggs; and 1 brother, Robert Wallis. Joe was a lifetime resident of Talladega, AL. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He loved the outdoors and Alabama football. The family would like to send a special “thank you” to Eugene “Pumkin” Jacks; and Tommy “Float” Davis. The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 21, 2022, from Noon to 1:00PM in the Talladega Funeral Home Chapel with a memorial service following at 1:00PM. In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made toward the funeral expense. Talladega Funeral Home will direct the service.
