Mrs. Joann Harris Brewer's Obituary
Talladega-Mrs. Joann Harris Brewer, 78, passed away on Wednesday February 15, 2023. Mrs. Brewer loved her church and working in it. She especially loved singing in the choir. She is survived by her husband: G.W. Brewer; son: Tim Brewer; daughter: Amy Kay Mathis (David); 2 brothers: Richard Harris, Jr., Art Harris (Shirla); 7 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 18, 2023 from 6:00pm-8:00pm in the Talladega Funeral Home Chapel for visitation. The service will be Sunday, February 19, 2023 at 2:00pm in the Talladega Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Sam Walker officiating. Pallbearers will be Jeff Harris, Alan Harris, Steve Harris, Austin Brewer, Michael Edge and Davey Mathis. Honorary pallbearers are Josh Mathis and Tim Brewer. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. Talladega Funeral Home will direct the service.
