Mr. Jerry Lee Weldon's Obituary
Funeral Services for Jerry Lee Weldon, 64 of Lincoln, will be Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2014 at 11 AM at Talladega Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Pine Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home. Mr. Weldon passed away Monday, October 13, 2014 at his residence.
Jerry served as a medic in US Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. He was a truck driver for 41 years. Jerry is preceded in death by his parents; 4 brothers: Kenneth Payne, Larry Thornburg, Carl Thornburg, and Edmond Earl Payne; and his brothers-in-law: Jack Boomer and Herbert Bean. He leaves behind his wife Ree Weldon; son Jerry Steven Weldon; two daughters Melissa Torres (Gilbert) and Tammy Williams; his sister Linda Bridges (Jerry); two sisters-in-law: Flo Boomer and Jo Bean; 8 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be directed by Talladega Funeral Home.
