Mr. James "Jimmy" Karczewski's Obituary
James W. “Jimmy” Karczewski, 63 of Sylacauga, passed away Thursday, June 19, 2014 at Brookwood Medical Center in Birmingham.
Before coming to Talladega, Jimmy worked for Philadelphia Connelly Containers for 23 years. He attended Church of the Highlands of Greystone along with his wife Lynne, and enjoyed playing guitar in his free time. He leaves behind his wife Lynne Karczewski of Sylacauga; two sons Jimmy Aleseychuck of Portland, OR and Vincent Karczewski of Seattle, WA; his daughter Cynthia Gordon of San Diego, CA; and four grandchildren: Felicia Gordon, Michael Gordon, Skylar Karczewski and Triston Karczewski.
There will be a private memorial service for Jimmy in San Diego, CA according to his wishes. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to his family for memorial expenses.
