Hugh Lackey's Obituary
Graveside services for Mr. Hugh Leslie Lackey, 65 of Talladega, will be Friday, September 9, 2011 at 11 AM at Midway Memorial Gardens with Bro. Bill Burkhardt officiating. The family will be receiving friends tonight from 6 to 8 pm at Talladega Funeral Home. Mr. Lackey passed away Tuesday night at his residence.
Les, a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church, is survived by his son Dean Lackey, his daughter Karen Lackey, and their mother Darlene Buckner, two sisters Brenda L. Burkhardt (Bill) and Kathy L. Nelson (Gene), his mother Mildred Lackey Watts (J.D.), six grandchildren Destinee, Rusty, Brandon, Bobby, Elijah, and Alicia, one step-sister Linda Frank (Vince), and several nieces and nephews.
