Talladega-Howard Earl Shinn, 44, of Talladega passed away on Sunday, August 22, 2021. He enjoyed fishing, working on cars, and watching Alabama football. He is preceded in death by his mother, Karen Sue Shinn; grandparents, Allen and Gladys Phillips; Howard and Thelma Shinn; and brother, James Allen Glass. He is survived by his father, James Howard Shinn (Linda Kilgore); 2 sons, Ryan Shinn and Brandon Shinn; 3 sisters, Theresa Burford (Billy); Angel Elliot (Charles); Tracy Shinn, as well as 17 nieces and nephews. The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
