Talladega-Horace Eugene Gaither, 84, passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2020. Mr. Gaither was Baptist by faith and a member of Stockdale Baptist Church in Talladega. He loved hunting, trick shooting, cutting grass and especially loved talking about the Lord. He is preceded in death by his parents; John and Nonnie Gaither, 3 brothers; Harvey, James, Edward Gaither; 1 sister, Thelma Sue Gaither Shropshire. He is survived by his wife, Ann Gaither; 2 sons, Reggie (Donna) Gaither; Chad Gaither; 4 brothers, Phillip Gaither; Randy Gaither; Tom (Sherelyn) Gaither; Robert (Pat) Gaither; 4 sisters, Elizabeth Freeman; Ruby Ward; Debra (Larry) Pitts; Velma Waites; 4 grandchildren, Josh (Ashlee) Gaither; Dylan Gaither; Carson Gaither; Patrick Sewell and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members. The family will have a Graveside Service on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 1:00PM at Stockdale Baptist Cemetery with Bro. Ferrell Hindman officiating. Talladega Funeral Home will direct the service.
