Talladega-Mrs. Hollie Marie Irvin, 42, passed away on Friday, October 6, 2023. Mrs. Irvin loved fishing and outdoor life. She loved catching snakes and Alabama football, but she absolutely loved spending time with her nephews and friends. She is preceded in death by her mother: Lu Martin; grandparents: Henry and O’Dell Martin; Gene and Betty Hodge. She is survived by her husband: Gene Irvin; father: Elwin Martin; 1 son: Brody Cash Irvin; 1 daughter: Karis Marie Irvin; 1 brother: Joey Martin (Bethany); father-in-law: Louie Irvin; mother-in-law: Bernie Irvin; brother-in-law: Jason Irvin (Stephanie); sister-in-law: Kayla Krafthefer (Shane); aunt: Lisa Irvin; special friend: Carmon Leach and a host of other aunts, uncles, and family. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 from 6:00pm-8:00pm in the Talladega Funeral Home Chapel for visitation. The service will be on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at 11:00am in the chapel at the funeral home. Talladega Funeral Home will direct the service.
