Mrs. Doris Pettis Foil's Obituary
Lincoln-Doris Pettis Foil, 86, passed away on Monday, February 7, 2022. She was Baptist by faith and a member of Blue Eye Baptist Church in Lincoln, AL. Mrs. Foil is preceded in death by her husband, Carter Foil, Sr., and her son, Steve Waites. She is survived by her daughter, Teresa Magness; 1 brother, James Pettis (Stella); 2 grandchildren, Loren Fuentes (Michael); Morgan Magness; and 1 great grandchild, Crew Fuentes. The family will accept friends on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, from 10:00AM-11:00AM at Blue Eye Baptist Church for visitation with the service following at the Church at 11:00AM with Rev. Jackie Morgan officiating. Pallbearers will be Charles Pettis, Harry Garrett, Paul Pettis, Russell Yarbrough, Doug James, and George Nichols. Interment will be at Blue Eye Baptist Cemetery. Talladega Funeral Home will direct the service.
