Mr. David Wayne Stewart Sr.'s Obituary
Talladega-David Wayne Stewart Sr., 53, passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2022. He was a huge Alabama Football Fan “Roll Tide”. He also loved hunting, fishing, and being outdoors. Mr. Stewart was preceded in death by his father: James Stewart. He is survived by his mother: Betty Lackey; wife: Vickie Lynn Wilson; 2 sons: David Wayne Stewart, Jr. and James Lee Stewart; 3 brothers: Tommy Stewart; Steve Stewart; James Stewart; 3 sisters: Tammy Ogles (Benny), Becky Lathem; Debra Biggers; his favorite nephew: Benny Ogles and his best friend: Adam Lackey. The family is having a memorial service and will receive friends on Saturday, August 6, 2022 from 2:00PM-4:00PM in the Talladega Funeral Home Chapel for visitation with the service following at 4:00PM with Dave Reeves officiating. The family has asked that all who attend wear either Alabama or hunting shirts (camo) if possible. Talladega Funeral Home will direct the service.
