Ms. Christine P. Green's Obituary
Funeral Services for Ms. Christine P. Green, 90 of Talladega, will be Saturday, Feb. 1, 2014 at 12:30 PM at Talladega Funeral Home with Preacher David Manning officiating. Burial will follow at Midway Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11 AM to 12 PM at the funeral home. Ms. Green passed away Thursday morning at her residence.
Ms. Green, a lifelong resident of Talladega, was a member of Plainview Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband Andrew J. Green. She leaves behind her daughter Alice Faye Smith (Shorty) of Talladega, two sons Jerry Yarbrough (Robin) of Jacksonville, AL and Randy Green (Libby) of Lincoln; five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; and one niece Betty Grogan Scrutchin of Powder Springs, GA.
Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Charlie Brownlow and Billy Matson.
