Mr. Charles Wayne Hurst's Obituary
Lincoln-Charles Wayne Hurst, 80, of Lincoln, Alabama passed away on November 11, 2020. Mr. Hurst was preceded in death by one son, Les Hurst and one daughter, Kathy Hurst Stewart. He is survived by his wife; Martha M. Hurst; stepson, Dennis “Bo” Hurst (Ann); daughter, Sheila H. Garrett (Rickey); 2 step-daughters; Anita Harvell (Mike); Ellen Bean (Danny); 12 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. The family will have a graveside service at Dry Valley Baptist Cemetery in Lincoln, Alabama on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at 11:00AM with Dr. Stan Jett and Bro. Bill Pruitt officiating. The grandsons will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers the family has ask that donations be made to Dry Valley Baptist Church. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Southern Care New Beacon Hospice, Sid Gambrell, grandson, Jerry Wayne Harvell and caregiver, Marva Cotton. Talladega Funeral Home will direct the service.
