Mrs. Carolyn Silas Dial's Obituary
Funeral Services for Carolyn Silas Dial, 39 of Talladega, will be Saturday, Dec. 20, 2014 at 2 PM at Talladega Funeral Home with Jimmy Dial officiating. Burial will follow at Midway Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday night from 5 to 8 PM at the funeral home. Carolyn passed away Wednesday morning at Citizens BMC.
Carolyn was a devoted wife, and a proud and loving mother. She was the friend that loved you whole-heartedly, and looked past all your imperfections. Those who were blessed to know her, will never be the same without her, but she will always be smiling down on the ones she loved.
She is preceded in death by her father Melvin Silas and her grandmother Ruby Nell Key. She leaves behind her husband Roy Dial, Jr., her son Patric Dial, her mother Bonnie Taylor McGarity, her step-father William O. McGarity, her uncle and aunt Robert “Bobby” and Drucy Taylor, her aunt Rhonda Holdridge, her cousins: Rachael and Brandon Gregory and their son Gunter James Gregory, Tommy Green, and John Green, and her sister Angie Granatelli.
Pallbearers will be: Daniel Trammell, Silas Brady Jones, Ronald Jones, Mike Granatelli, Brandon Gregory, Vance Hurst, Chad Gaither, and Mark Andrews. Honorary pallbearer: Chris Fowler.
