Munford-Mr. Bruce “Eddie" Edward Thrower, 54, passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025. Mr. Thrower really loved his family, especially his grand babies. He enjoyed riding his side by side at Top Trail, music, singing, and Alabama Football, "Roll Tide". He is preceded in death by his father: Gordon Duncan; 1 son: Andrew Jobson. He is survived by his wife: Sissy Thrower; mother: Shirley Hurst (Rickey); 2 sons: Cody Highfield, Blake Jobson (Kandie); 2 daughters: Kayla Thrower (Darion), Jessica Bryant (Chris); 5 brothers: Jeff Duncan (Amber), Kenny Duncan (Rhonda), Brian Duncan, Mike Smith (Alicia), Ricky Hurst Jr. (Merrylee); 4 sisters: Tracy Thrower (Tim), Kelly Cobb (Johnathon), Teresa Gunter (Rodger), Jeri Lynn Hurst (David); 16 grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 01, 2025, from 5:00pm-7:00pm in the Talladega Funeral Home Chapel for visitation. The service will be on Sunday, November 02, 2025, in the chapel at the funeral home at 2:00pm with Rev. Rodger Young officiating. Burial will be at Hillcrest Cemetery in Munford with Wes Johnson, Jeff Weldon, Dakota Hanvey, Dakota Bowen, Francisco “Paco” Ezpinoza, Chumo serving as pallbearers. Talladega Funeral Home will direct the service.
