Talladega- Billy Ray Jenks, 72, of Talladega, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2017. A Graveside Service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday November 19, 2017, at Pine Hill Memorial Park. Rev. Tim Dial will officiate. Mr. Jenks is survived by his son Steve Riggins; brothers, Terry (Patsy) Jenks, and Harold (Mae) Brown; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. William “Bill” Jenks, and Zella “Buddy” Jenks. Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers. The family requests no flowers. Talladega Funeral Home will direct the service
