Mrs. Alice Marie Patterson's Obituary
Talladega-Alice Marie Patterson, 89, passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2022. Mrs. Patterson was Baptist by faith and a member of Central Baptist Church where she was an adult Sunday school teacher and involved in the W.M.U. She was co-founder and co-owner with her husband, John Patterson of Patterson Insurance and Reality. Mrs. Patterson traveled for years with her husband, serving as a career military and ministers’ wife in many countries and churches around the world. She Is preceded in death by her mother, Margie Alma McBurnett; husband, John Patterson; and son, Bill Patterson; and her in laws, Mr., and Mrs. Jabus Patterson (Pauline). She is survived by 2 daughters, Sandra Saucier; Kathy P. Burgess (Keith); 5 grandchildren, Margie (Bo); Rogerick (Janet); Brandy; Allison, Amy (Alex); 10 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild. The family will accept friends on Monday, January 31, 2022, from 1:00PM-2:00PM in the Talladega Funeral Home Chapel for visitation and the service will follow at 2:00PM with Bro. Ricky Clark officiating. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. Talladega Funeral Home will direct the service.
